Join a multidisciplinary team where your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker is essential in supporting patients with social, emotional, and behavioral needs. In this position, you will provide counseling, crisis intervention, and care planning to individuals across a variety of settings. You will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring each individual receives the support they need.
This role offers a stable, long-term assignment and is a great opportunity for clinicians looking to make a meaningful impact while working in a supportive environment.
