Hospital Pharmacist — Inpatient Naples, FL
Trade the retail counter and the prescription quota for a role where your clinical judgment actually drives patient care. We're hiring inpatient pharmacists for an established Naples hospital pharmacy team — order verification, dosing, MTM, and real bedside impact, not volume.

- Transparent pay: $53.56–$69.38/hour +$5/hr night differential (starting at 7 PM) +$2/hr weekend differential
- Up to $5,000 relocation assistance
- Full-time and part-time openings — day, evening, and variable shifts

What you'll do:
- Order verification and clinical review
- Dosing support and medication therapy management (MTM)
- Provider consultation
- IV verification oversight
- Medication reconciliation
- Discharge counseling
What you'll need:
- Active Florida pharmacist license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Comfortable working weekends as scheduled
- Hospital or retail background — both welcome
