Certified Medical Technician and Care Staff - Assisted Living
Pineapple House of Sapphire Lakes is seeking dedicated and compassionate certified medical technicians and experienced care staff to join our team. Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality personal care and assistance to residents in assisted living or home health settings
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
- Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
- Follow all safety and health regulations, including infection control procedures
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Technician (CMT) certification or equivalent, or extensive experience in care roles
- Prior experience in assisted living, home health, or related healthcare settings
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work full-time evening and overnight shifts
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards
- Rotation of weekends required
