Bright Star Care -  - Responsibilities:
Provide care as directed by a nursing supervisor, including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, taking and recording vital signs;
Provide care according to the patient’s plan of care, assistance with daily tasks including feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping;
Provide transportation to doctor appointments and accompany patient to activities and shopping;
Collaborate with the nursing supervisor and care team to ensure quality care and safety;
Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism in interactions with clients and families
