Bright Star Care - - Responsibilities:
Providing care as directed by a nursing supervisor, including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing and toileting; taking and recording vital signs; assisting with height and weight measurements;
Providing care according to the patient’s plan of care, assisting with daily tasks such as feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments;
Working 1-on-1 in home settings with clients, including Alzheimer’s and dementia patients;
Demonstrating empathy, professionalism, confidentiality, and teamwork in all interactions with clients, families, and staff
