Why this might be the change you’ve been waiting for
Do you ever feel like your talent is being used in a volume-driven system, but not valued?
What if you could step into an outpatient imaging team that runs on purpose, not chaos?
And what if this move came with competitive pay ($40 $ 45/hr based on experience), $15,000 sign-on bonus (not tied to relocation), $5,000 relocation support (for 75+ miles), zero-cost healthcare, and no state income tax in Florida so your energy can stay focused on patients, not bills?
The role itself
Deliver high-quality MRI scans in a modern, patient-first environment
Collaborate directly with radiologists who respect your expertise
Float to nearby centers only when needed, with a $1.50/hr float differential; nearest clinic is your home base
What you bring
ARRT (MR) or ARRT (R) with MRI experience (1+ year required)

A steady presence, clinical accuracy, and a patient-first mindset
Why Strong Force is different
Other agencies talk about filling jobs. We talk about building careers.
That means:
Transparent pay (no bait-and-switch)
Real timelines (you’ll know when interviews happen, not wait in silence)
Clinical alignment first (we only connect you where you’ll actually thrive)
When you read our postings, we want you to feel like someone finally understands your world—not like you’re another checkbox in an ATS.
