We're looking for an experienced clinician who doesn't just want another management job. We're looking for someone who wants to help build one of the most innovative performance and longevity companies in the country.

This isn't a traditional Clinical Director position. You won't spend your days buried in documentation or fighting insurance companies. Instead, you'll help build systems, mentor clinicians, improve patient outcomes, develop future leaders, and help shape the future direction of our company. You'll work directly alongside ownership to help scale Berman Health Club into the premier destination for performance, recovery, and longevity.

• Licensed Physical Therapist (DPT) or Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC)
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience preferred
• Leadership or management experience strongly preferred
• Passion for movement, rehabilitation, performance, and longevity
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

$90,000–$130,000+ Compensation will be based on experience, leadership ability, and overall fit. Additional compensation opportunities include:
