Medical Office Receptionist

Nextaff is hiring an experienced, bilingual Medical Office Receptionist to work with our client, a busy primary care medical practice in Naples, FL. As a Medical Office Receptionist, you will be greeting and checking in patients, answering telephone calls and fielding inquiries regarding scheduling, prescription refills, billing, and other general patient questions and ensuring patient notes are updated. This is a full-time, contract-to-hire assignment, with a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule, and a path to earning a permanent position with benefits with our client!

What we need from you:

Must have at least 1 year of experience working in a primary care medical practice environment

You are bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish

You have knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology

You have experience documenting in and updating patient data in EHR application (experience with eClinicalWorks strongly preferred)

You are friendly, outgoing, have an excellent telephone presence and enjoy solving problems

Background and drug screening required
