• Customer Service & handling of information using the Athena EMR
• Collection of Payments
• Appointment Scheduling
• Verification of Eligibility & Benefits
• Charge Entry:
  Understanding insurance issues & account billing - Modifiers. CPT & ICD-10 Coding
• Accountable, Reliable Team Member

• EMR systems: 1 year (Required)
• Medical Office: 1 year (Required)
• Customer service: 3 years (Required)
• Insurance verification: 1 year (Preferred)
• Athenahealth: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary:
Depending on experience, starting at $22.00/hour
