Schedule:

Flexible, up to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Setting:
Outpatient, Rehabilitation Center, Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) Diverse CCRC Setting:
Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, On-campus Home Health, Outpatient

State range $27 to $35 per hour
