FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is hiring a Full-Time PTA for our North Naples clinic. Whether you're an experienced PTA or a recent graduate, you'll receive the mentorship, continuing education, and support needed to build a rewarding long-term career.

• Average of 12 patients per day
• One-on-one 40-minute treatment sessions
• Collaborative outpatient environment
• Orthopedic, Vestibular, Balance & Neurological rehabilitation

• Provide treatment under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercise, balance training, gait activities, and functional mobility
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and recovery goals
• Track patient progress and communicate with the clinical team
• Complete accurate clinical documentation using AI-assisted technology
• Help create an exceptional patient experience

• Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation
• Positive, team-first attitude
