Empath Health is seeking a compassionate PRN Home Health Physical Therapist to serve patients in Naples, FL and surrounding areas. The role supports a not-for-profit network delivering Full Life Care with in-home PT and multidisciplinary collaboration.
The ideal candidate holds a Florida PT license, has at least 1 year of PT experience, and is open to weekend/holiday on-call duties. Home health experience and HCHB EMR familiarity are preferred.
