This position is based at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Naples, Florida. You will work onsite, closely collaborating with a team of professionals in an engaging and patient-focused atmosphere. • Evaluate and treat patients recovering from orthopedic conditions using evidence-based practices within a structured rehabilitation environment.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating exercises, hands-on therapy, stretching techniques, and advanced equipment to address specific patient needs.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with evolving therapeutic goals.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on effective self-management strategies, including the use of assistive devices and exercises for home practice.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain your professional growth through ongoing education, attending workshops, and engaging with industry publications.

At Pro Motion Rehab Center, you will provide care to a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and elderly individuals facing a wide variety of orthopedic challenges. Whether the patients are recovering from recent surgeries, managing chronic pain, or seeking rehabilitation after an injury, you will play a crucial role in guiding their journey toward recovery. Your expertise will help enhance their functional abilities and quality of life.

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey treatment plans and progress to patients and their families.
• Basic proficiency in word processing and computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
• A proactive and adaptable attitude to meet the dynamic needs of patients and the team.

• Prior clinical experience in orthopedic physical therapy is advantageous but not required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Exposure to advanced rehabilitation tools and methodologies will be considered a plus.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
