Bright Star Care - - Responsibilities:
Provide care as directed by a nursing supervisor including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, and recording vital signs.;
Assist with daily tasks per patient’s plan of care including feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, outdoor activities, and shopping.;
Assist with height and weight measurements as necessary.;
Provide companionship and ensure patient comfort and safety during care.;
Work in a one-on-one home setting with the client.
