Bright Star Care - - Responsibilities:
Provide care as directed by a nursing supervisor including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, taking and recording vital signs;
Provide care according to the patient’s plan of care, assist with daily tasks including feeding, meal preparation, linen changes, light housekeeping, and transportation to doctor appointments;
Assist with indoor/outdoor activities and shopping as needed;
Support patient mobility and daily living activities while ensuring safety and confidentiality
