Millennium Physician Group is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our Home Health Team serving Collier County, Florida. You will provide skilled therapy under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility and independence in their own homes.
This PRN position offers variable hours based on staffing needs. You will work with an interdisciplinary team, document progress, and educate patients and families on recovery techniques.
