Founded in 2012, FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is a growing network of outpatient physical therapy clinics with locations across the country. FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centersis seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team.

In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of conditions while developing individualized treatment plans designed to improve mobility, restore function, reduce pain, and help patients achieve their personal goals.

Whether you're an experienced clinician or a new graduate beginning your career, you'll have opportunities to expand your clinical skills while working alongside a collaborative and supportive team.

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings and patient goals
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments and interventions
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, and home programs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate and collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and members of the clinical team
• Provide a positive, patient-centered experience throughout the course of care
• Follow applicable professional, ethical, regulatory, and clinic standards

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Florida licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a clinical team
• Desire to continue learning and developing professionally
