DescriptionEsplanade Golf Club in beautiful Naples, Florida, is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of a Pool/Fitness Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.
Responsibilities- Oversee the activity of the pool area and team members to ensure an efficient and effective operation and delivery of superior customer service to members and guests.
- Maintains cleanliness of facility operations according to established daily maintenance procedures.
- Ensure members and guests enjoy a safe, clean and welcoming environment with a warm hospitality experience.
- 1 year experience in hospitality.
- CPR certification required (within 6 months of hire)
- Strong communication skills with members
- Ability to maintain and clean outdoors in heat.
