We are seeking a highly personable and organized Concierge to join our team and serve as a vital point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen sense of customer service, and a thorough understanding of the local area.

• Act as the primary liaison for guests, providing exceptional service and assistance during their stay.
• Offer recommendations and reservations for restaurants, entertainment venues, and other local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries with the utmost professionalism, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinate special requests and services such as transportation, tours, or personal shopping.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services, and surrounding areas to assist guests effectively.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Manage bookings and schedules, ensuring that all necessary arrangements meet the guests  expectations.
• Anticipate guests  needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives to enhance their experience.

• Previous experience as a Concierge or in a customer service-oriented position is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using hotel management software and other relevant applications.
• Ability to remain calm and composed during high-pressure situations.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing outstanding guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
