Pool Concierge:

The Pool Concierge is responsible for creating a welcoming, relaxing, and safe poolside experience for members and their guests. This position combines hospitality and attentiveness, ensuring that the pool area is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for guest comfort. Acting as the first point of contact at the pool, the Pool Concierge provides exceptional service by anticipating guest needs, assisting with setup, and maintaining a high standard of safety and cleanliness.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The Pool Concierge is an important ambassador of the club’s hospitality standards, helping to ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable and comfortable poolside experience.

• Set up umbrellas, loungers, and other poolside furniture.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the pool, deck area, and facilities.
• Greet members and guests with professionalism, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Provide towels, shade, and respond promptly to guest requests.
• Remove used towels, glasses, and trash to maintain a tidy environment.
• Clean and organize the pool area throughout the day.
• Enforce club safety guidelines and protocols.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks in varying weather conditions.
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods of time.
