BENCHMARK is looking for a Director of Food & Beverage to lead all operations at Naples Grande Beach Resort. This role requires strategic leadership and hands-on management of restaurants, lounges, and banquet services ensuring high standards of luxury.
The ideal candidate has 3 to 5 years' experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting, exceptional budgeting skills, and a background in high-volume banquet operations. A degree in hospitality is preferred. Competitive salary package offered.
