What you will have an opportunity to do:

The Senior Catering Sales Manager is responsible for driving catering revenue through the strategic sale and execution of high-end events, including weddings, corporate functions, social gatherings, and VIP experiences. This role requires a results-driven sales professional with astrong network, exceptional client service skills, and experience in luxury hospitality.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Generation Proactively solicit new catering business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building

Achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets

Develop and execute strategic sales plans for weddings, corporate events, and social functions

Maximize revenue through premium food, beverage, and event enhancements

Client Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients and event planners

Build long-term relationships with repeat and VIP clientele

Conduct site tours and present customized event proposals

Negotiate contracts and ensure all client expectations are clearly outlined and met Event Planning & Coordination All bookings will be turned over to the Event Services team for execution upon signature and method of payment establishment.
