Position Summary

Guest Environment Experts are skilled in a wide range of housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done.

Whether delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, or other similar responsibilities, the Guest Environment Expert ensures the spaces in the hotel help create a great guest experience.

• Deliver guest requests and services in a timely and courteous manner.
• Stock and maintain cleaning carts and supplies.
• Clean guest rooms, public areas, and other hotel spaces to a high standard.
• Ensure a safe work environment by following company policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold quality standards at all times.
• Present a professional uniform, appearance, and communication style.
• Operate and maintain hotel equipment and tools as required.
• Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance.
• Perform any additional tasks and reasonable job duties requested by management.

• Experience in housekeeping or a related role is preferred.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks.

• Proficiency in following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and knowledge of hotel cleanliness standards.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
