Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Bell Attendant to join our Guest Services team at Naples Bay Resort & Marina. The role focuses on providing an exceptional first impression, assisting with luggage, and sharing hotel knowledge with guests.

• Help guests discover their “Wanderlust” experience
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
• Interact with all guests, open doors, and escort them to the front desk for check‑in
• Assist with luggage and escort guests to their rooms
• Explain amenities and local attractions
• Collaborate with other attendants to ensure each guest has a personalized experience
• Assist the lobby attendant in keeping the entrance area clean and organized
• Deliver a professional and friendly demeanor, exceeding guests’ expectations

• At least one year in a customer service role with high guest interaction
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus
• Ability to solve problems when they arise
• Team player – must work in a team environment
• Polite, helpful personality with a keen desire to make a positive impact
• Outgoing, engaging personality with excellent verbal communication skills
• Comfortable standing and moving for the duration of a shift
• Available for various shifts, including weekends and holidays
