Aboutthe Role
Cleans guest rooms to exacting standards and performs other housekeeping duties as needed.
Essential Functions- Prepares the guest room for arrival and daytime service: removes dirty towels and sheets, cleans, dusts, sanitizes all areas, makes the bed, vacuums carpets, cleans marble and tile, removes room service trays and carts, and replaces minibar items with clean goods.
- Removes garbage from bins in bedroom and bathroom.
- Submits all maintenance issues in guestrooms and public or back‑of‑house areas to the Engineering department and brings them to Housekeeping management.
- Adds special touches to guestrooms to enhance the guest experience (e.g., microfiber cloth, bookmarks, cable ties).
- Re‑stocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, pens, coffee, tea, and sugar sachets.
- Complies with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
- Works harmoniously and professionally with co‑workers and supervisors.
- Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant and House Attendant.
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to read, write and speak English.
- Flexible schedule: ability to work weekends and holidays.
