Overview

The role is based at Naples Bay Resort & Marina in Naples, Florida, a luxury waterfront property that welcomes guests from around the world.

• Welcome guests, create a memorable first impression, and greet them throughout their stay.
• Assist with unloading luggage and escort guests to their rooms, explaining resort amenities and local attractions.
• Open doors for guests arriving by vehicle and orient them to the front desk for check‑in.
• Collaborate with other attendants to provide a personalized experience and maintain a clean entrance area.

• At least one year of customer service experience with high guest interaction.
• Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to solve problems, work in a team, and maintain a pleasant, helpful personality.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
• Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift and travel to the valet lot as needed.
• Availability to work full shifts, including weekends and holidays.
