Welcome to Naples Grande Beach Resort, a prestigious property in the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio, nestled in the heart of Naples, Florida. Featuring 474 elegantly appointed guest rooms and boasting an expansive 85,000 square feet of meeting space across 35 versatile rooms, our resort offers an exceptional guest experience and a dynamic workplace.
- Greet, engage, and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, setting the standard for exceptional customer service.
- Operate resort trams safely and efficiently while providing an enjoyable and comfortable ride for all guests.
- Assist guests with boarding and exiting the tram, including help with mobility devices and personal belongings as needed.
- Communicate tram schedule and resort information clearly and accurately to guests.
- Maintain a safe environment by monitoring guest behavior, tram conditions, and surrounding traffic or pedestrian activity.
- Perform routine pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of the tram and report any damage, safety concerns, or maintenance needs promptly.
- Enforce resort transportation policies and safety rules courteously and consistently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the trams.
- Respond to guest concerns and service recovery situations in a professional manner that WOWs guests when expectations are not met.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members and other resort departments to support daily operations and guest flow.
- Maintain professional appearance, attendance, and strict adherence to all safety, licensing, uniform, and operational standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong desire to make an impact on people.
- Outgoing and engaging personality.
- Strong computer skills.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
$14 – $14 per hour.
