This role allows you to engage with guests daily, assist with a variety of beach and resort amenities, and play an active role in ensuring safety, cleanliness, and overall enjoyment of the beach. You will develop strong customer service, teamwork, and communication skills while gaining valuable knowledge of resort operations and contributing to a positive, team‑oriented atmosphere. • Greet, engage, and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, setting the standard for exceptional customer service.
• Provide an enjoyable and safe beach experience by anticipating guest needs and taking sincere interest in guest satisfaction.
• Set up, maintain, and break down beach equipment including chairs, umbrellas, cabanas, towels, and related amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beach area and surrounding work areas as assigned.
