Avant Stay in Naples, FL is seeking an Assistant Area Manager to support day-to-day operations of our Fort Myers Naples properties. You will audit properties, manage supplies, respond to concerns, and travel frequently within the area to ensure a superior guest experience.
Reporting to the local manager, you will act as a market lead in their absence, coordinate housekeeping, monitor issues, and maintain Avant Stay standards. A hospitality background and ARM-like ownership mindset are valued.
