Coordinate expeditor duties to ensure hot and correctly described dishes are delivered to guests;
Work directly with BOH and FOH to ensure guest needs are fulfilled in a timely manner;
Act as liaison between FOH and BOH to accommodate guest requests;
Ensure menu knowledge and perfect presentation of every dish;
Ensure every dish reaches guests piping hot by calling for food runners
