Four Seasons - 850 Gulf Shore Boulevard North - Responsibilities:
Provide knowledge of wines, spirits and mixed drinks including origin, taste, and preparation methods;
Maintain working knowledge of wine list and classic cocktails;
Provide quick and efficient beverage service and proper pouring;
Assist in product inventory, bar supplies and log entries;
Be part of the pre-opening team and ensure guest-centric service
