LaPlaya is seeking an upbeat, detail-oriented person, to be a welcoming part-time Greeter/Conceirge in our private Beach Club. In this role, you will set the tone from the start, for the member's visits to LaPlaya.

• Greet guests by name with enthusiasm and genuine friendliness as they arrive, making them feel valued from the moment they walk through the door
• Asist with Member Cards, Membership Rosters and Dining Reservations, and all member programs and events.
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand, providing guests with menus, answering questions about the menu or restaurant policies
• Coordinate with leadership to ensure timely seating and smooth flow of service during busy hours
• Handle guest inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information about wait times or reservations
• Uphold hospitality standards by demonstrating excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, and guest relations at all times

• Guest relations experience
• Customer service experience
• Experience as a Concierge or similar role is preferred
• Microsoft Office skills
• On the job training
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

• Must be able to walk, stand for prolonged periods of time
• Must be able to work outside in extreme heat
• Ability to work at a desk on a computer

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with the members, guests and colleagues

18.00 per hour
