The Sous Chef – Cocoplum is responsible for assisting in the daily culinary operation of Cocoplum, the resort’s poolside restaurant and bar. This position supervises kitchen operations, ensures exceptional food quality and presentation, and supports the delivery of a memorable coastal dining experience.
