We're looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Director who understands that great hospitality starts with great people.

Whether you're already leading an F&B department or you're an accomplished hospitality leader ready for your next step, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll lead Glen Eagle's food and beverage operation, working closely with our Executive Chef, leadership team, and F&B employees to deliver an experience our members genuinely enjoy.

You'll:

• Lead, coach, and develop a strong F&B team
• Be a visible, approachable presence with employees and members
• Partner with the Executive Chef on menus, pricing, presentation, and new ideas
• Oversee dining operations, member events, banquets, and beverage service
• Manage budgets, labor, food costs, purchasing, inventory, and financial performance
• Maintain high standards for service, quality, cleanliness, and consistency
• Develop promotions and fresh ideas to keep our F&B offerings engaging
• Build strong relationships across the club and with our vendors
• Make sure we're operating safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable requirements

The position also oversees key operational areas including staffing, training, payroll approval, POS reconciliation, vendor relationships, and long-range planning.

We're not looking for someone who simply maintains the operation.
We want someone who wants to make it better.

• Understand the financial side of F&B without losing sight of the member experience
• Stay current on food, beverage, wine, spirits, and hospitality trends
• Are collaborative, organized, and comfortable juggling competing priorities
• Prefer being out in the operation rather than managing entirely from behind a desk
• Believe consistency matters - but there's always room for a fresh idea

• 7+ years of progressive food & beverage leadership experience
• Experience in a country club, resort, hotel, upscale restaurant, or other high-touch hospitality environment
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, budgeting, labor management, cost controls, purchasing, and inventory
• A track record of developing successful teams
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A four-year degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred, but relevant hands-on industry experience matters to us, too
• Serv Safe Manager and TIPS certifications

Country club experience is a plus, but it isn't the only path to being successful here.
