Five Star Valet is seeking polished, service-driven professionals to join our team at one of Southwest Florida's most prestigious residential communities, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero.

Valet Attendant: $16 (plus gratuities)

• - Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
• - 7:00am-3:00pm (AM Shift)
• - 10:00am-6:00pm (Mid Shift)
• - 3:00pm-11:00pm (PM Shift)
• Must be available to work holidays and weekends

As a Luxury Valet Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for creating a seamless, elevated arrival and departure experience for residents and their guests. This role goes beyond parking vehicles-it is about delivering a five-star hospitality experience with every interaction.

You will be expected to demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a strong commitment to service excellence while operating in a private, high-end residential setting.

• - Provide a warm, professional welcome to residents and guests
• - Safely and efficiently park and retrieve high-value vehicles
• - Anticipate resident needs and deliver personalized service
• - Maintain a polished and courteous demeanor at all times
• - Assist with doors, luggage, and general resident requests when appropriate
• - Ensure all vehicles are handled with the utmost care and attention
• - Uphold the highest standards of safety, confidentiality, and professionalism

• - Driver's license for 4 years or more
• - High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• - Clean driving record and ability to pass a background and DMV check
• - Reliable personal transportation
• - Strong communication skills with English proficiency
• - Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
• - Smartphone with internet and email access

• - Ability to stand for extended periods (8 hours)
• - Ability to run or jog as needed
  - Lift, push, or carry up to 50 pounds
• - Work comfortably in outdoor conditions
• - Manual transmission experience is a plus

• - Clean, well-groomed appearance required at all times
• - Tattoos must be fully covered
• - No visible piercings (including earrings for male employees)
• - Hair must be neat and conservatively styled
• - Mustaches permitted if neatly trimmed; no beards
• - Sideburns must not extend beyond midpoint of the ear
