Summary of the Position

We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator with a minimum of two years of hands‑on recruitment experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detailed oriented, organized and thrives in a fast‑paced environment, effectively manages multiple requisitions and priorities, and brings a positive, can‑do attitude to every interaction. This role plays a critical part in supporting the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding support, and employer branding efforts, while partnering closely with HR to enhance the overall candidate and employee experience.

This is an onsite position at The Club at Kalea Bay in Naples, Florida. We do not offer relocation assistance. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with occasional weekends and after‑hours work required during peak season (October through May).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a thorough and accurate interview process within compliance.
  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment for exempt and non‑exempt employees, including the creation of job advertisements, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Perform all pre‑employment processes according to our policy and as required by law.
  • Assist with H-2B recruitment processes and related documentation.
  • Oversee onboarding processes, including I-9 verification and new hire documentation.
  • Assist with coordination efforts and represent Soave Hospitality Group, Inc., at various external job fairs and community events.
  • Maintain recruitment policies and procedures to ensure they are kept current.
  • Assist in planning and facilitating employee engagement activities at assigned properties; this requires being confident and comfortable speaking in public to effectively present, lead, and engage with groups of employees.
  • Prepare and maintain HR forms, newsletters, flyers, and other materials using Canva and Adobe.
  • Utilize Docu Sign for document management and electronic signatures.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration, preferably using Paycor.
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects, employee communications, and special initiatives.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all HR records and communications.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience for both exempt and non‑exempt employees.
  • Experience with H-2B recruitment preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities without becoming overwhelmed.
  • Willingness to work extra hours or weekends when needed.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; approachable, collaborative, and emotionally intelligent.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe (for creating forms and materials), Docu Sign, and HRIS systems (Paycor preferred).
  • High level of professionalism, reliability, and confidentiality.
