HR Manager – Construction Industry

Privately held, growth-minded commercial General Contractor based in Naples, FL, is building the kinds of projects people notice—and they are growing. They are in need of an “up-and-coming”
HR Manager who wants to grow alongside the company—and be part of shaping how they scale.

This is a build-the-future HR seat—where your work directly impacts performance, retention, compliance, and culture across the field and office.

They are looking for someone already in a HR Generalist or Manager role in construction (ready for a step-up), and hungry for more ownership, visibility, and career growth.

• Experienced in the Construction-industry (GC, subcontractor, or related field workforce environment)
• Strong in new employee onboarding and hiring processes, relations, compliance, and practical HR problem solving
• Confident partnering with executive-level
• Energized by growth, change, and building structure
• An “up and comer” who wants to expand into a more Senior HR role

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience (construction preferred)
• Working knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and HR best practices
• Previous experience with recruiting for field and office construction roles - preferred
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
• Salary Range: $70,000–$90,000 (based on Bonita Springs, Naples, FL market + construction scope)
• PTO + paid holidays
