We’re looking for a passionate and driven HR Talent Acquisition professional who thrives on connecting people with opportunities.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping our teams by attracting, recruiting, and hiring top talent across the organization. You’ll partner closely with leadership to understand hiring needs, develop strategic sourcing approaches, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

  Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• ??
  
  Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  Actively source candidates using job boards, Linked In, referrals, and networking.

  Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.

  Partner with leadership to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
• Assist with offer letters, background checks, and onboarding coordination.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting documentation.
• Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and retention.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess talent and cultural alignment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and fair hiring practices.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
