Full-time, Salaried Exempt## POSITION SUMMARY The Implementation Engineer is responsible for converting solution design documents into functioning solutions using the Fischer Identity Product Suite. This position will require working within an Implementation team of engineers and directly with customers. This position will involve working from project plans defined by project management or primary customer leads and maintaining a sense of the deadlines and customer communication.

As an Implementation Engineer, you will be expected to consult customers on the best practices for deploying the Fischer product. This role requires having a strong grasp on how the Fischer product functions with experience deploying the Fischer product or comparable Identity Management technology. The Implementation Engineer position will require you to be a subject matter expert on at least two modules of the Fischer Identity Suite.#

* Maintain a sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
* Identify and recommend areas of process improvement to gain operational efficiencies and improve the overall customer experience.
* Must be self-motivated and consistently review internal processes, enhancing product and solution knowledge as well as the IAM industry trends.
* Work in a high impact, high intensity environment and stay focused and organized.
* Designs, implements, and maintains enterprise grade identity & access management (“IAM”) solutions for customers
* Gather granular technical requirements from customer stakeholders and translate them into a configured solution within the Fischer Identity Suite.
* Design hierarchical security policies (RBAC, ABAC) based on customer-defined provisioning and de-provisioning policy requirements.
* Design and implement GRC solutions including PCI, SOX, HIPPA, and FERPA compliant solutions.
* Design and implement re-certification processes for customers to attest/remediate access annually.
* Build end-to-end enterprise grade IAM solutions including auto-event detection, workflow, self-service initiated access requests, help desk configurations, governance, and downstream target system automation including provisioning / de-provisioning, and access management.
* Design proper error handling methods into solutions to limit incident (ticket) creation and help desk intervention for on premise solutions and support cases for cloud-based deployments.
* Install the Fischer Identity Suite, including configuring the pre-requisites desired on customer servers.
* Meet tight customer deadlines while delivering robust, intelligent IAM solutions.
* Consult customers on best practices for IAM and work with customers to define / refine business processes.
* Implement password management and single sign on solutions including SSO, Federation & ADFS
* Analyze customer requirements and provide effort estimates to ensure customer expectations are properly set regarding project timing and cost.
* Create solution documentation for customer solutions.
* During an active go-live, you may need to be available to provide level 3 assistance to the Support group if/when problems arise with customer’s production solutions which may occur at any time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
