- Network knowledge, basic experience with technical support/troubleshooting/escalations L2 Helpdesk experience or above
- Mongo
DB or previous DB access experience; POS experience with other CRM platforms - Experience with programming languages
- Experience working with databases
- Required bachelor’s degree in a technical/analytical field in addition to relevant work experience
