About This Job
As a Product Manager, you will play a creative role for our Power Fox Media division. You will be responsible for end-to-end processes and flows centering on conversion rate optimization (CRO). Tasks such as scriptwriting, designing, testing, analyzing, automating, and optimizing funnels will be the focus, aiming to continuously improve efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities- Own conversion rate optimization (CRO) across funnels, landing pages, and user journeys.
- Lead end-to-end testing: ideation, build, launch, analysis, and iteration.
- Write and optimize high-performing scripts and messaging, landing pages.
- Design and build flows for marketing, sales (including automations).
- Collaborate with tech, creative teams to turn ideas into scalable live systems.
- Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and prioritize high-impact improvements.
- Document learnings and build repeatable CRO + creative frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field).
- 5+ years experience in performance marketing.
- Proven experience with CRO, funnel optimization, and experimentation.
- Strong copywriting and creative strategy skills (VSLs, ads, landing pages, lifecycle).
- Analytical mindset, comfortable using data to guide decisions and creative direction.
- Ability to think end-to-end: message > experience > conversion.
- Comfortable moving fast, testing often, and iterating quickly in performance environments.
- Experience in startups, growth teams, or performance marketing organizations preferred.
