Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 - no annual bonus

We are working with a strong, well-established client to fill a Database Developer position supporting a large-scale, enterprise environment. This is a direct-hire, full-time role with long-term project work and stability.

The Database Developer will support ongoing project work tied to a core system migration, with additional development initiatives continuing beyond the migration. This is a 98% hands-on development role.

• Developing and maintaining SQL Server objects including tables, views, and stored procedures
• Building and enhancing SSIS packages and ETL processes
• Translating business requirements into technical database solutions
• Partnering closely with technical Business Analysts
• Ensuring data integrity and supporting enterprise-level data initiatives
• Constructively pushing back when business needs don’t align with technical realities

• 2+ years of experience with T-SQL and SQL Server development
• Hands-on experience with SSIS
• Ability to take requirements and independently deliver solutions
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Self-starter and highly motivated
• Strong team player with strong work history
