Position Title: Merchant Services Implementation and Service Specialist

Position Location:
Hybrid 3 days/week in office - Naples, FL

• Manage accounts and deliver service ticket requests.
• Maintain internal reporting, ticketing systems, and client demographic tracking.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes.
• Resolve client issues efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and basic math skills.
• Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently under pressure.
• Communicate clearly with peers, clients, partners, and vendors via phone, email, and other channels.
• Handle confidential materials appropriately.
• Utilize office equipment (POS systems, phone, fax, copier, calculator, etc.).
• Meet attendance and performance standards.

• Experience in Merchant Services, software onboarding, technical support, or POS implementation (restaurant/retail preferred).
• Proficiency with CRM tools, ticketing systems, data entry, and Microsoft Office.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Desire to contribute to broader organizational goals.

• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, or restaurant customer support.
• Familiarity with POS systems, payment processing, and related hardware (iPads, printers, PAX devices, KDS, network equipment).
