IT Support Specialist

Gamma Tech Services is looking for new additions to our Commercial IT team! We find ourselves in need of a few technicians as our Commercial IT and VoIP departments continue to grow.

Gamma Tech is located in Naples, and we serve customers throughout Southwest Florida. Applicants are expected to live within a manageable distance of the office and have reliable transportation.

This is a full-time position, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. We are looking for applicants with EXCELLENT communication skills and a background in customer service. Applicants should also possess some, if not all, of the following strengths:

• Passionate about Information Technology
  • A “can do” attitude
• Troubleshooting/Problem Solving
• Networking (Watch Guard Appliances/Port Forwarding/Access Points/Firewalls)
• Windows, 10/Server
• Microsoft Outlook, Office 365
• VoIP / 3CX
• Flexible to complete any assigned task
