Your Role: AI Governance And Enablement Professional

Your Mission – What To Expect From Us:

• Frameworks & Policies – Development, maintenance, and further development of AI guidelines, standards, role models, as well as governance and decision-making processes along the entire AI lifecycle to ensure compliant and business-oriented AI use.
• Processes & Operating Model – Documentation, application, and continuous improvement of AI governance processes as well as operational support of projects and departments in their implementation in everyday life.
• Portfolio & Reporting – Establishment and maintenance of portfolio, KPI, and management reporting including dashboards, evaluations, and overviews of AI tools, use cases, and ongoing AI initiatives.
• Trainings & Enablement – Conception and implementation of trainings as well as enablement formats in the AI governance environment and active participation in the establishment and moderation of community formats to strengthen AI usage.
• Change & Consulting – Accompanying change and communication measures to new data and AI processes and tools, creation of enablement materials, and consulting of departments on AI governance, responsible AI use, and data ethics.

Your Profile – What You Bring With You:

• Completed relevant higher education studies or comparable knowledge and experience through relevant professional practice.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the fields of AI, data, analytics, governance, processes, or comparable areas.
• Experience in working on governance, process, or framework topics as well as in the operational implementation and further development of standards and methods.
• Solid knowledge of AI and AI governance concepts, process management, reporting, KPI definition, and basic understanding of regulatory and compliance-related requirements.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration, independent handling of clearly defined thematic packages, and ideally additional qualifications in moderation, training, change, or project methods.
