Here is a glimpse of your tasks:

• You are responsible for the installation and configuration of IT systems
• You carry out rollouts, IT moves, and migrations and take on (part-)project management
• You handle incidents, service requests, and change requests
• You are responsible for error analysis and troubleshooting
• You take on maintenance tasks
• You create and maintain technical documentation

For this position, a presence of at least 2-3 days per week at the appropriate location is required.

Are you the right person for us?

• You have a completed training in the IT sector or a comparable qualification
• You have solid knowledge in the areas of hardware and software as well as basic knowledge in the field of networking
• You have practical experience in the IT environment or data center operations
• You have a foundation in project management
• You take responsibility, like to work structured and self-organized
• You have a friendly, confident demeanor and a high level of customer orientation
• You are communicative and enjoy working in a team
• You show eagerness to learn and quickly get up to speed with new topics
