The Business Intelligence Analyst Lead‑LATAM serves as a strategic business partner to regional leadership, driving data‑informed decision‑making and commercial excellence across the Latin American region. The role is responsible for transforming complex internal, market, customer, and commercial data into actionable insights, predictive intelligence, and strategic recommendations that accelerate revenue growth, improve profitability, optimize pricing and sales performance, and support market expansion initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Analytics & Data Science Responsibilities- Lead the development of advanced business intelligence ecosystems integrating ERP, CRM, market intelligence, financial, and commercial datasets.
- Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics models to forecast revenue, pricing behavior, customer adoption, and commercial performance.
- Utilize machine learning, AI tools, and statistical modeling to anticipate business risks and opportunities.
- Design executive dashboards with real‑time visibility into ASP evolution, market share, account penetration, and Salesforce effectiveness.
- Drive segmentation strategies across premium, mid‑tier, and public markets to optimize portfolio positioning.
- Identify surgeon adoption curves, purchasing patterns, and regional growth opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, reimbursement trends, tender dynamics, and emerging technologies.
- Lead data governance initiatives ensuring data quality, consistency, scalability, and accessibility.
