Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Sales Representative located in Naples, FL. The Insurance Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales goals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting insurance needs assessments, recommending suitable insurance products, and effectively managing policy renewals. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the team to enhance insurance brokerage services and ensures clients’ satisfaction.
Qualifications- Insurance Sales and Sales skills
- Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Naples, FL
- Experience in an insurance or brokerage environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
