We are seeking a Florida‑licensed attorney based in South Florida with a background in residential or commercial real estate to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to provide legal support, resolve title issues, and contribute to the success of residential and commercial transactions. The role includes training from an experienced attorney, as well as presentations and legal support across Florida offices.

Travel to our offices in Miami, Plantation, West Palm Beach, Naples, and other locations is required, and relationships with realtors that can be leveraged to generate title orders are a strong positive.

• Review, prepare, and finalize legal documents such as contracts, escrow agreements, deeds, and indemnities using our standard forms.
• Examine and clear title matters to facilitate smooth closings.
• Market our title agency services to realtors and other referral sources such as mortgage lenders.
• Deliver presentations and training on real estate topics across Florida offices.
• Communicate effectively with internal staff, customers, attorneys, and lenders to ensure successful outcomes.

• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (strongly preferred).
• Experience in real estate transactions with a strong understanding of title and escrow processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Florida.
