Trusts & Estates Paralegal

We’re recruiting on behalf of a client seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their estate and trust administration team in Naples. This is a full-time, onsite role supporting high-net-worth estate matters, with a focus on Florida probate, trust settlement, and related federal transfer tax filings.

What You’ll Do:

Manage estate and trust administration from asset collection to final distributions

Prepare inventories, schedules, and accountings using data from multiple sources

Draft probate pleadings and fiduciary documents for review and e-filing

Assist in preparing estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns (Form 706, Form 709, Form 1041)

Coordinate deadlines, monitor case schedules, and support attorneys proactively

Maintain clear client communication and act as liaison between attorneys and families

Use legal and tax software platforms to streamline filings and documentation

Edit and proofread all work for accuracy and compliance with Florida and federal law

What You Bring:

Background in Florida estate and trust administration (at least 5 years)

Strong understanding of probate, trust, and tax processes, including federal transfer taxes

Experience with Florida e-filing systems and probate software

Paralegal certificate or formal legal training; 4-year degree preferred

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and estate/trust software platforms

Exceptional writing, organization, and client service skills
